The year 2023 is a little more special because this year marks the significant milestone in the company: Polylite’s 20th anniversary. This makes us look back to our company history, and reflect on what we can do next in the coming years. After all, the things we do now, will affect the future in the long run. For 20 years, Polylite has established itself as a trusted polycarbonate supplier in the Philippines. But if there’s something that this year taught us, it’s to remind us that success does not happen overnight. It is a combination of hard work, taking risks, overcoming obstacles, and exploring the unknown, in continuous pursuit of growth.

If there’s anything that we do, it’s to get things moving. This year alone, we managed to open 11 new Polylite branches nationwide, making the process easier for areas far from Metro Manila.

Aside from continually improving customer service to retain high consumer loyalty, Polylite aimed to introduce new products into the market. While polycarbonate products like solid, twin wall polycarbonate, and corrugated polycarbonate proved to be high drivers of sales, continuous innovation is still the key to the company’s growth and relevance in the market. As consumers continually seek high quality brands for their projects, Polylite partnered with Decra,  a trusted stone coated roofing company worldwide. It allowed us to widen our product offerings and market, catering to more roofing needs nationwide. Stone coated metal roofs are not a stranger in Philippine construction. With its durable and aesthetic properties, it is easy for many people to opt for the material, whether for commercial or residential purposes.

This is also the year that we expanded our marketing efforts by participating in major construction expos nationwide, which not only helped us communicate with our market better, but also allowed us to reintroduce the company to old clients and new stakeholders alike. Participating in these exhibits not only allowed us to present ourselves to a wide market range, but also to engage in other companies similar to ours.

Occupational First Aid Training

While we grow our company externally, growth inside the company is an aspect that we do not want to skip. We believe that prioritizing the growth of the employees and developing their skills set will not only make them a variable asset in the company, but will  also hone assets and equip them with skills that will be beneficial in their career in the long run.

As consumers’ needs and priorities evolve, so should the company be.  With a new year to look forward to, Polylite will continually look for new opportunities, introduce and widen our product line, and assess our data with consumers’ insights in mind.  Be updated by following us on our social media accounts:
