The first quarter of this year has been really challenging particularly at this moment where everyone is under a global pandemic. The upshot of this whole quandary not only engendered economic deprivation, but also the number of covid infected patients causing the hospitals in Metro Manila to reach their maximum capacity. Since rooms and medical supplies are restricted, health professionals need all the support they can get to survive in the battlefield everyday.

Because of this, we have partnered with Buensalido + Architects in their effort to build an Emergency Quarantine Facility that will accommodate covid-19 patients at Perpetual Help Medical Center, Las Piñas. This makeshift field hospital was designed by Architect William Ti of WTA Architecture and Design Studio; while our company has provided the Twinwall Polycarbonated Sheets that were used as walls of the EQF, since this type of material is light-weight yet resistant to our country’s tropical climate.

This project has paved way for Polylite Inc. to extend kindness in our community. We continuously look for ways to be of service, as it is really during these difficult times that we must help others in any manner we can. In the midst of doubt and trouble, we remain certain of one thing—this crisis we are facing will soon pass because there is hope. Together, we will overcome.
